Welcome to Dog House Track Days at the New York Safety Track!

Dog House Track Days is a new take on the typical HPDE event. Our mission is to provide a causal and safe environment to drive on a challenging circuit. The DHTD team has over 50 years of experience organizing high performance driving events at various tracks including Watkins Glen, Mosport, Pocono and Summit Point.  Our team includes current and past Chief Instructors, Club Presidents, and run group leaders. Our curriculum and classroom instructors have years of experience with all levels of drivers tailoring in-class sessions with pertinent content geared to all levels of drivers.

Our Solo run groups will be matched by car performance and driver skill levels to ensure good traffic flow. Coaches will be available to ride along and provide the feedback needed to refine all aspects of performance driving.  Passing is permitted using well defined passing protocols.  Safety is the highest priority!

Dog House Track Days also offers a Novice group for drivers who are interested in performance driving but have little or no on-track experience. The Novice group will include on-track and classroom instruction allowing each student to achieve the necessary skills to progress into a solo run group.

The DHTD Team has a wealth of experience developing driving programs that have enjoyed stellar reputations relative to safety, organization and execution. Moreover, our programs and events have developed reputations of being fun, easy-going and nurturing a collegial atmosphere. Our instructors, both on-track and classroom, have years of experience with all levels of driving. We invite you to join Dog House Track Days!
